"We believe in establishing a long term mutually beneficial
relationship with all our clients by ensuring timely delivery
of quality solutions and services, using continuously improving
                    processes."
Project management is a planned activity, with detailed plans
prepared for each project phase, as well as for activities
such as project quality assurance, and configuration management.
Project control is enabled through regular status reporting.
This ensures that all parties involved are aware of project
status, and enables early detection of problem areas/ risks.
The Mukund Softs Quality Management System (QMS) ensures
that processes used within the organisation are standardised
and documented. These include processes for various phases
of the software services life-cycle, project procedures such
as project planning, monitoring and control, interface between
software development groups and other groups within the organisation,
etc. In addition, the methodology specific to certain types
of projects is also defined. Our technical teams work quickly
to create processes in new technology or service areas, so
that we can be as productive as possible in these areas.
Standards and templates (e.g. coding standards) are used
to provide services of consistent quality.
Reviews and tests are conducted to ensure that problems are detected
as early as possible in the project life cycle to reduce the cost
of fixing them. Review checklists ensure that they are as comprehensive
              as possible.
